The client wanted to build an application that can deliver an immersive experience to its customers. The major expectation was to keep the app updated with real-time information that can help the customers instantly.

Secondly; the client was expecting us to deliver the application as soon as possible so that they could launch it quickly.

Solution to problem diagnosed

One of the major challenges was to add an easy to test method for the customers. The client wanted to build an app that can be used by any person despite the age group. As a result; we had to do a lot of research around the problems and ways to diagnose those problems.

Another challenge was to make the backend as simple as possible so that clients can update the information smoothly. Client was expecting a system where they don’t have to be dependent on anyone to add or remove information from their application.

After that we all sat together and created multiple scenarios which any customer of our client will face. Based on all these scenarios we created a wireframe draft of screens and functionalities of the application.

After that they decided which features are required to deliver the objective of our client via the mobile application.

In the second phase we created the design sprint of the app that helped us to understand the direction of our planning and expectation of the client. We shared the design sprint to the client and based on their suggestions we finalized the design of the application.
